However, there might be a delay on you order while it is in transit. In this case we do not claim responsibility for this, we will make sure your order gets delivered.

MTO'S

MTO's take 10-12 days to ship but that does not include the time it takes for production and fulfillment. MTO's may take more than 10-12 days to ship, however if your mto takes more than 20 days until shipped then we can issue a refund. 

• MTO'S cannot be returned due to sizing issues- We custom make the clothing to your measurements,

Returns

We still accept returns within 7 days of your purchase, however it must be ready made products only and must meet the eligibility criteria.

We follow strict standards and protocols for disinfecting packages.Your returns will be delayed and may take time to process. 

Availability

Due to the current situations there might be delays in the supply chain, and you can expect some MTO's to have limited stock and limited materials. Therefore we do not claim responsibility if we cannot fulfill your order because we don't have enough materials, we will issue a refund.
